Phoebe De Ciman

Phoebe began her term on the SSCF Board in 2020 and is a member of the Nominating Committee. She has spent most of her career in the public service and the post-secondary sector specializing in labour market development, enhancing learning pathways for students, and advancing academic health sciences educational strategies. Phoebe has volunteered with community organizations including: the Regina Folk festival, Basketball Saskatchewan, the City of Regina, and the University of Regina. Her recent board experiences were with the Saskatchewan Health Research Foundation, the Saskatchewan Center for Patient-Oriented Research, and the Saskatchewan Health Human Resource Steering Committee. Phoebe currently serves on the Canadian Association of Allied Health Programs and the Saskatchewan Veterinary Medical Council boards.
