Victor Roman is SSCF’s Manager of Community Impact & Communication. He provides leadership and overall direction for the Foundation’s community engagement and granting program as well as leading the Foundation’s communications strategy.

Victor comes with over 14 years of experience in marketing and communications through various advertising firms in Regina. In addition to this, Victor served as the Executive Director for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Regina & Area before joining SSCF and has been a Big Brother mentor for nearly a decade. His vast communications experience paired with his insights into the non-profit sector give SSCF a heightened ability to amplify the efforts of our partners.
