For Over 40 Years—A Place That Youth Can Feel Valued, Welcome, Seen, and Heard
Rainbow Youth Centre (RYC) has been a place for hope, healing, and empowerment for youth and families in Regina and surrounding areas for over four decades. Grounded in the values of respect, equity, and inclusion, Rainbow is more than a service provider—it is a trusted community anchor, offering culturally responsive and trauma-informed programming that uplifts young people and their families.
Every day, Rainbow walks alongside Indigenous and non-Indigenous youth—many of whom face complex barriers due to poverty, systemic racism, colonial legacies, and intergenerational trauma. We are here to listen, nurture, and journey with them as they rediscover their strength, reclaim their stories, and rewrite their futures.
Rainbow Youth Centre plays a vital role in addressing systemic inequities affecting Indigenous and marginalized youth. Each year, RYC connects with hundreds of young people through wraparound supports that reduces homelessness, increase educational attainment, improve mental health, and strengthen family and cultural bonds. Through long-standing community trust, RYC has become a trusted hub where youth feel seen, heard, and valued. Our legacy is written in every life empowered to break cycles of trauma and reclaim their future.
