The Manager of Engagement is responsible for leading a high-energy growth team, including the Philanthropic Advisor, Legacy Coordinator, and Community Engagement Catalyst. This role focuses on building and strengthening relationships with high-net-worth individuals, charities, and private foundations to enhance the Foundation’s impact and ensure long-term sustainability. Now Hiring ~ Philanthropic Advisor

The Philanthropic Advisor is responsible for building and strengthening relationships with Professional Service Advisors, such as lawyers, accountants, financial planners, and funeral directors. This role focuses on educating and supporting these professionals in advising their clients on charitable giving opportunities through the Community Foundation. The advisor acts as a trusted resource and liaison, fostering a deeper understanding of philanthropic strategies and promoting charitable giving as a key component of estate, tax, and financial planning.

Now Hiring ~ Summer Student

The Community Foundation has a robust student program that largely looks to fill positions over the summer, but some fall and winter work is available. Many of the students will be assigned specific projects but the core positions relate to Community Engagement Specialists. These roles are integral to supporting the Foundation’s mission of facilitating Saskatchewan philanthropy, supporting local charities, and developing our community. The Summer Students will work closely with the Director of Finance & Strategic Operations and other staff to build relationships with donors and charities, assist with events, and contribute to the Foundation’s overall goals.
