Phoebe De Ciman joined the Foundation in 2020 and resigned in 2023. She served as Secretary for the Foundation and served on both the Governance and Nominating Committees. Phoebe is the Special Advisor to the Provost at Saskatchewan Polytechnic. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Security and Peacebuilding from Royal Roads University and Bachelor degrees in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Regina. She has also volunteered as a board member on the Saskatchewan Health Research Foundation, Saskatchewan Center for Patient-Oriented Research, Saskatchewan Health Human Resources Steering Committee, Canadian Association for Allied Health Programs, and the Saskatchewan Veterinary Medical Council.
