Rupen Pandya is the President and Chief Executive Officer of SaskPower. From an early age his family instilled the importance of giving back to the community in him. He has dedicated his 25-plus year career to serving the people of Saskatchewan, including as the Deputy Minister of Finance and Secretary to Treasury Board, the President and Chief Executive Officer of SaskBuilds, and Assistant Deputy Minister roles with the Ministry of the Economy and the Ministry of Advanced Education, Employment and Immigration. In addition to joining the Community Foundation’s board in 2024, Rupen is also a member of the University of Regina Leader Council and serves on a number of other boards.
