As SSCF’s Director of Philanthropy and Donor Stewardship, Lorna provides leadership regarding donor directed granting and programming initiatives. She builds important relationships within the community to advance the strategic direction of SSCF.
Lorna holds degrees in Law and Arts, as well as certificates in human resources management, adult education and facilitation. Lorna has followed her passion to build a life-long career in the the non-profit sector and is honoured to serve SSCF donors and charities as they work together to impact our community.

Hello, my name is Lorna Sandberg and I am the Director of Philanthropy and Donor Stewardship for the South Saskatchewan Community Foundation. If you want to dream about the impact on the causes you care about, and then take action to make your dream a reality, then it would be my pleasure in helping you realize that dream. There are causes and projects that you have a personal connection to or that your business loyally supports, let's work together to celebrate or commemorate a legacy to impact lives yet to be lived. I research possible causes or charities that may resonate with your giving dream and I offer suggestions on how we can structure funds and their granting in response. Together, we can monitor whether the fund and granting is on track with what you want to achieve.
