An anonymous donor through the South Saskatchewan Community Foundation (SSCF) has generously provided $14,000 to Carmichael Outreach Inc. to help the organization with its ongoing programming and recovery from its losses during a recent break–in.
Bettyann Cox, Chief Executive Officer with Carmichael Outreach, expressed immense gratitude for the substantial donation and the donor’s gift facilitated by the SSCF.
“The concern, quick action, and generosity of this caring individual allows us to continue our important work in the community and provide our Carmichael family with the care and support they need,” says Cox. “Our entire team is inspired by this kind–hearted donation, and the encouragement and outpouring support provided during this challenging time. We are ever grateful.”
Donna Ziegler, Executive Director for SSCF, echoed the appreciation.
“This anonymous donor’s quick, heartfelt response is inspiring and demonstrates a tremendous example of the impact of our whole community’s focus on wellbeing,” says Ziegler. “We are proud to serve as a bridge to help meet the community’s needs and extend appreciation to Carmichael Outreach for all its work, especially now.”
