Director of Impact
Victor Roman Morrow is the Community Foundation’s Director of Impact. He provides leadership and overall direction for the Foundation’s community engagement as well as leading the Foundation’s communications strategy.
Victor comes with over 14 years of experience in marketing and communications through various advertising firms in Regina. In addition to this, Victor served as the Executive Director for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Regina & Area before joining the Community Foundation and was a Big Brother mentor for nearly a decade. His vast communications experience paired with his insights into the non-profit sector give the Foundation a heightened ability to amplify the efforts of our partners.
Victor is a first generation Canadian with his family migrating from Chile. He loves basketball, just like his late father before him. Along with his siblings, he is a founder and fundholder of the Roberto Roman Memorial Fund.
