Victor Roman Morrow is the Community Foudnation’s Manager of Community Impact & Communication. He provides leadership and overall direction for the Foundation’s community engagement and granting program as well as leading the Foundation’s communications strategy.
Victor comes with over 14 years of experience in marketing and communications through various advertising firms in Regina. In addition to this, Victor served as the Executive Director for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Regina & Area before joining the Community Foundation and was a Big Brother mentor for nearly a decade. His vast communications experience paired with his insights into the non-profit sector give the Foundation a heightened ability to amplify the efforts of our partners.

Hi, I'm Victor and I'm Manager of Community Impact and Communication here at the Foundation. lf you're wondering when is the right time to talk to me, I generally deal most with charities, and sometimes I speak with stakeholders and donors. I can also help if you're looking for anything for charitable needs like networking opportunities, grants we have available, and how our research can help you. I manage our communications initiatives as well, so anytime we're looking to gather a story or if you want to look at our Vital Signs research, that is also something I'm passionate about.
