Bridget is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Board, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and documentation. She supports the Executive Director by organizing meetings, managing calendars, and providing research and administrative assistance. A key part of Bridget’s role includes maintaining accurate records for current and past Board members, coordinating engagement initiatives like the Friends of the Foundation program, and supporting Board education and retreats. She also oversees the preparation of Board packages, ensures timely follow-ups on action items, and helps maintain and update internal policies and planning documents. In addition to Board support, Bridget manages office operations and provides cross-functional support across departments as needed. Her work ensures smooth governance processes and efficient organizational operations.

Bridget holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Sport/Recreation, Non-Profit Administration, and Marketing. With over 11 years of experience as an Executive Director for various provincial sport organizations, Bridget brings strong leadership and sector knowledge. She also contributes her skills in administration and digital marketing as a volunteer for several sport and non-profit groups.

Outside of work, Bridget enjoys an active family life with her two children and three dogs, often supporting her children’s activities and participating in group sports. Originally from Yorkton, Saskatchewan, she now calls Regina home and is inspired by the quote, “Our greatest glory is not in never failing, but in rising every time we fail.”
