The application window is now open for the upcoming Truth and Reconciliation Fund grant deadline. Apply by June 8, 2024.
The fund will look to support applications of the following amounts:
Grants up to $25,000
The fund is intended to address programs that will help advance the Truth & Reconciliation Calls to Action in the areas of Education, Culture and Language. For example, this may include opportunities for children, youth and families to reconnect to their culture by providing opportunities such as workshops, events, classes that offer individuals and families connection to Elders, communities, and the Land.

Vital Community Fund Grant Update:
Our Vital Community Fund will be operating differently this year and will not be open to the public for a grant application intake process. More information regarding this process will be revealed later in the year.
The next available deadlines will be:
- G. Murray and Edna Forbes Foundation Fund – September 1, 2024 deadline – open within the Portal mid-June, 2024
- The Lorne and Evelyn Johnson Foundation – September 1, 2024 deadline – open within the Portal mid-June, 2024
